  The leisure area was great and we enjoyed our swim in the lovely pool, room was really nice to stay in, the staff were helpful and pleasant. The price i paid also included a full buffet breakfast.

  Helpful staff, nice room and sauna also very good. Great swimming pool and gym.

  Location is a long walk in poor area of London and worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

  Excellent staff and good bed matterace.

  The location is not even convenient for a visitor to London and the rooms are somewhat tired and the decor needs updating.
