This hotel is mind-blowing! Located in a super upscale neighborhood, it offers easy access to central streets with jaw-dropping options for dining and drinking. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, providing top-notch service. The rooms are beautiful, clean, classy, and cozy, making you feel right at home. The semi-basement suite room is incredible value for money, as it is spacious enough to accommodate a whole family with kids. The bathroom is ridiculously big, with both a shower and a bath. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, an on-site car park, luggage storage, locker room, 24-hour reception. Air conditioning is available, and smoking is not permitted on-site.

The rooms are big size and huge with 2 bathrooms.

The location is just great (if you want to have a quite place in a green area in Athens, still close to cafés and restaurants, far from the touristic crowds) and so is the comfort of the room! Breakfast buffet also very good. Staff was friendly and competent.

I knew that not everything was available in the same building (you could have the breakfast in the room, but we prefered to walk until the "big sister" hotel Theoxenia Palace.

We had a fantastic stay at Theoxenia House. The location was perfect for us and there were parking spaces nearby. The hotel is in a peaceful and secure area. The room was incredibly spacious and great value for money. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The big room only suites

Room a little bit noisy because it was on a busy street

We used the hotel on our wedding night. Although a family member was there in the afternoon, the concierge asked and insisted for credit card details etc at 3am, when we arrived (a simple ID and the promised for a later delivery were not enough). We were not pleased....

I stayed at Theoxenia House for a week on a business trip. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The hotel had impeccable facilities with a clean and comfortable ambiance. The suite I booked was spacious, with modern furniture and fittings. The highlight was the huge bathroom and my own living room and dining room/office. The hotel also provided a handy smartphone-like handset for use within the city.

I highly recommend this hotel.

our stay at theoxenia house hotel in kifisia was absolutely fabulous. the huge and beautifully decorated room exceeded our expectations. we slept well and enjoyed a fantastic breakfast. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a secure environment. overall, it was great value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
