Our king room was complete with dresser. The entire staff was outstandingly accommodating. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, within walking distance of lots of restaurants, convenient to go everywhere. Dessert restaurant Marble Slab Creamery located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
Some of the staff were discriminatory.

The limited edition prints on the walls were beautiful and really showcased the culture and pride of the local indigenous peoples. It added a unique touch to the decor. The staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing us with great dinner suggestions and going above and beyond to assist older travelers.
The hotel could definitely use some updates and renovations. The interior could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and improved lighting fixtures.
