  All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, service was great, the room was nice and clean and was located in the cottages across the green. The evening meals were excellent.

  An excellent hotel in a charming village set in glorious countryside, all the staff are friendly and the prices are good value for you pay and the meals are also very good.

  The decor was a little old fashioned even for a country hotel and the lady working on reception was excellent. The room was lovely, breakfast was nice.

  Other staff were exceptionally hospitable and helpful, our room was spacious and bright, the two meals we had in the Cricketers Bar were excellent.
