Friendly staff, decent breakfast selection.

Uncomfortable beds, poor dinner options.

The friendliness of all of the staff members we came in contact with. Portions on the plate at breakfast were good and service could not be faulted

This hotel was excellent value for money, helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms, if not a little warm during the night, excellent breakfast, overall we had a great stay.

The shower was a little underpowered and the radiator in the bathroom was belting out some heat, which was great on these chilly June nights but it did get a bit too warm...

The recently refurbished restaurant at this hotel is impressive, with high-quality food like "Chicken a'la King" that left us impressed. The hotel is conveniently located in an area popular with tourists, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the vintage television museum. there is a supermarket nearby for any necessary provisions. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay.

Some staff members seemed overwhelmed, as one person had to manage multiple roles, such as reception, bar service, and serving in the dining room.

The staff were particularly courteous and being by myself I felt comfortable and welcomed. The food was good and all in all a very pleasant short stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a popular tourist area, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel's central location made it extremely convenient for exploring the town and surrounding attractions. The staff were attentive and friendly, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable double bed and a clean bathroom. The attention to detail was impressive, with a Jacuzzi in the room and single-glazed sash windows that added a touch of charm. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including vegetarian choices, allowing everyone to find something to their liking.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable and met my expectations.

Convenient for Nairn beach.

Our room was the one with dibled toilet and shower which wasa bit odd. Restaurant mainly a carvery and busy. Problems with the fire alarm sensitivity created some chaos. However this is not a complaint as it couldnot be helped

The hotel could benefit from improving the water pressure in the showers and ensuring that the TV remotes are in working order.

As a last minute booking for busiest weekend in Nairn ( Highland Games) was a pleasant surprise to find accommodation!! Have stayed before and again was very pleasant.

The staff I met were very approachable and helpful, particularly the European fellow who seemed to be the duty manager. He was really on the ball, checking on things and making sure everything was ok. I think he is a real asset and the other staff clearly respect him. We also thought that the carvery was excellent value and the serving chef good fun. Our only thoughts are that the carpet on the stairs looks very worn and that makes it look dirty. Replacing it would give a good impression and also regularly sweeping the external entry to get rid of the ubiqitous cigarette butts.

The location was perfect, just a short distance away from the beach and the town center. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered was delicious and had many options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi wasn't the best and was quite slow at times. The rooms were a bit outdated, but they were clean and well maintained.

Room was very small and basic and floor boards in room above creacked every time any one moved, at breakfast priority seems to be for bus tours staying rather than individual guests

staff very helpful had to be up at 4am to catch flight from inverness and they arranged for the opportunity for a very early breakfast and a packed lunch couldnt have been more helpful
