  Location is great, very easy to reach from main line train station and this gives a short pleasant drive through perfect English countryside. Well set up hotel, they also informed us the reception desk would be open 24 hours so didn't matter we arrived back in the evening and steam room & jacuzzi - all very good. Sauna are excellent, even allowed us to check in early - lovely breakfast and exceptionally clean & all the facilities you would expect.

  Central location and located on a nice quiet street. Good quality bedroom and friendly staff. Clean rooms and the bar was tasteful. We also enjoyed a very tasty meal in the Huttons Restauarant.

  Reasonable location and generally the hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were excellent and the room was lovely. Breakfast was very good and the spa facilities were very nice.

  Winchester provides an attractive "walkable" historic city to add value and we commend the hotel on not scrimping by having hard beds. Staff have a positive friendly attitude and we could have left our cases in a secure room not.

  Difficult to find the button to start the jacuzzi, the swimming pool is VERY small.

  There is a large parking area at the front, a well located hotel for our cultural break and the complimentary bottle of water very handy.

  Nice surroundings and generally an efficient well-run hotel. Staff helpful needed, comfortable rooms and food was extremely good.

  Bar was very busy at times, the spa was a bit disappointing - small.

  Good location and decor was fantastic in a very sophisticated. Staff were Great and the comfort of the rooms was excellent. The breakfast was nice.

  Handy for the city centre, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, excellent service. The beds wer fantastically comfy and a good breakfast.

  Poor dinner saturday night and swimming pool rather small.

  The location is good for the station, no comment just stay one night and the staff are helpful and friendly.

  Appreciated being able to park on-site without charge and helpful during our stay. Staff were very good and the room was lovely. Lunch & breakfast was to a high standard.
