    While it is not extra plush, the location and set up more than make up for it.

    The location is convenient to the compus and room services rates are quite reasonable.

    Overall the rooms are very large we had a two bedroom suite with two full bathrooms.

    Room--felt secure--comfortable bed, furniture looked very beat up/ very poor condition--walls in need of a good paint job--refrigerator not working/ outlet covers off in kitchen--cleanliness was OK--.

    The Whitney has ample and convenient parking, large, clean rooms with full kitchen and laundry room.

    The rooms are HUGE (bigger than my last apartment), and they were clean.

    An area with some very excellent restaurants.

    The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast that is just okay.

    The Complimentary breakfast in the morning was adequate with biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles.

    Moreover the Complimentary breakfast in the morning was adequate, the outdoor pool was cold in early May.

    Free breakfast--2 hot items on display--but I just had the coffee and a yogurt which was good.

    Your e-mail has been shared with General Manager and staff.

    The exterior grounds looked very nice and the staff at the Whitney was fabulous.

    Also, the hotel was very quiet and the staff was very accommodating.

    From the first contact, the staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming.

    The outdoor pool was cold in early May and my kids were in it about 5 minutes before jumping out due to the cold.

    Misc--only one elevator working and it emitted a lot of "groaning" sounds.

    Parking--very nice inside of "gated" type fencing.

    The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen was grungy as well.

    Although clean, the rooms require some renovations, i.

    The bathrooms are not particularly clean.

      The location is excellent and the hotel is in a very quiet. Additionally the rooms are large apartment style, the staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming and the spacesaver microwave is huge. The breakfast is very nice as well.

      The bathrooms are not particularly clean and the elevators are LOUD.

      The things I didn't like: Location and comfortable Stay w/Privacy. The exterior grounds looked very nice and the staff at the Whitney was fabulous. The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen was grungy as well.

      Pleasant neighborhood just blocks away from the Five Points area and the hotel is in one of the best locations in town. The rooms are HUGE.

      The hotel staff was friendly competent and the room itself was very large. Moreover the Complimentary breakfast in the morning was adequate, the outdoor pool was cold in early May.
