We ate at a nice restaurant at the ground floor. The staff was efficient and exceptionally friendly and provided very good service. The location was incredible, not too far away from a high street. Was in a very nice area and near restaurants and cafés.

The hotel is attractive and clean, has fabulous views of London skyline. The location is great and decent, there is a chapel and a tower walk from the venue. Its found in a new area, very close to many landmarks of London. Grill restaurant is amazing at the ground floor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a trendy and up-and-coming part of the city. The location was fantastic, with plenty of Asian restaurants and local shops nearby. Plus, it was just a quick 4-5 minute walk to the nearest underground station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
While my experience was mostly positive, there were a few minor areas that could be improved. The front desk staff were not always attentive and the restaurant staff could be a bit unfriendly at times.
