The golfing is great here, the surroundings are lavish, and it has fast ferry service to the downtown area. The rooms are incredible and have views of the river. The staff and dining have received reviews ranging from excellent to subpar.

Located in the central part of the Savannah city on the Hutchinson Island, the four-star Westin Savannah Harbor Resort Hotel is within the walking distance from the Lucas Theatre and the Johnson Square.

Renovated in 2009 the hotel’s façade is executed in a traditional style which is complemented with the luxurious and elegant interiors.

All 403 rooms are air-conditioned and feature balcony or terrace and en suite bathrooms.

The hotel offers one on-site restaurant, bar and a lounge.

Multiple small and large conference rooms are available at the hotel. On-site business centre features audio-visual equipment and fax and photocopying services. A banquette hall is also available at the hotel as well as event catering service.

          • Air conditioning worked extremely well - Spa is pricey, but wonderful - Views of the river walk from our room were amazing

            The location over the river is probably the best location around the Savannah area, the lobby and grounds of the hotel are very nice, the rooms are clean and well appointed. The greenbriar spa is great.

            Our room on the 4th floor had an excellent view of the river and the triple window let in much light, all in all, this hotel is nice. The advertised heavenly bed was pretty close to all the hype is about.

            Its a beautiful hotel just across the river from the happenings, friendly staff and our room was clean, the bathrooms were well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Bar service was quick and food at our banquet was great. The pool was good.
