The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a beautiful area, close enough to other major restaurants at the River Walk, and the riverfront. I loved the elegant-style building and big room with 2 balconies overlooking the riverwalk. The staff were welcoming and fast too.

Gorgeous, clean hotel with outstanding service. The rooms with good views, a sofa bed plus air off. Smooth check-in and late check-out, super-friendly staff. Marvellous and amazing location in a peaceful area walking distance to a cathedral and a church. Walking distance to banks and convention centers.

The location was central, wonderful right at the river walk. The room was recently refurbished in general, with good views.

Its rooms are big size with 2 balconies overlooking the Riverwalk as well as comfortable bed for a fairly nice stay. The hotel is in the central location right on the Riverwalk in a very convenient location.

Newly decorated and reasonably large rooms with a view, enjoyable breakfast. Nice facilities. Great and gorgeous location, an easy walk to everywhere.

It is an elegant building, the rooms are newly renovated and well-appointed with a view. The location is good and unbeatable, 10 minutes' walk to a scenic river.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with stunning views. The staff, from the front desk to the valets, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing, especially the spacious bathroom and luxurious tub. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

More breakfast choices would have been nice.

Clean hotel, superfriendly and accommodating employees with our waiter. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent and ideal location, upscale area, close enough to the river walk and restaurants and shops and the gift shop. Also, easy access to a modern museum.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

The location to attractions on-and-around the Riverwalk was great for us. The room with a view.

A wonderful hotel with superfriendly employees from bellman to service desk and maids. The rooms with a view. Central location, best base for discovering San Antonio. At 16 miles distance from the airport.

The hotel had a central location and it was steps away from Hertzberg Circus Museum. The venue was set in a peaceful area. The breakfast was free and wonderful with lots of goodies.

Exceptional service, updated and big size room complete with comfortable bed and bathtub and an air conditioner. A wide array of delicious food for meals.

The staff, especially Kevin at the front desk, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room size was perfect and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool area had plenty of chairs for relaxation. The location was convenient and the balcony, while small, was worth the extra money for a more open and spacious feel. The bar overlooking the river was a nice touch and provided a great escape from the crowded parts of the riverwalk. a wonderful experience!

The property is clean; newly remodelled rooms; very comfy bed. The location of the venue is favourable and ideal, short walk to on foot and the riverwalk which was great. Moreover, take a look at a wax museum, set around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. It has restaurant for breakfast, spent time there when it was hot outside. Thanks a lot for the stay in this property - would like to stay there on the next trip.
