This lavish, old-world spot, The Westin Philadelphia has a great location in the business section near the museums and has updated rooms with typical Westin amenities such as Heavenly beds. Some felt the staff was very nice, but others thought they were aloof and incompetent. It's a good choice, but is nothing remarkable.

Staff at the front desk and in the lobby bar were wonderful, the bellstaff, reception, and concierge were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very comfortable, the Betsey Ross house is really cool and the lobby is very nice.
Internet worked well, the breakfast from The Grill was wonderful.

Location was excellent, comfortable bed and the hotel common spaces were really beautiful. Staff at the front desk and in the lobby bar were wonderful, the bellstaff, reception, and concierge were very friendly and helpful. The shower was double headed, food for group meals was surprisingly very good.

The location is amazing and concierge are friendly and hotel is very secure. And the betsey ross house is really cool and the rooms are clean and spacious and the lobby lounge spectacular. The staff is very helpful and courteous, the bed is SOOOO comfy, plus the bar has an excellent beer list.

Academy of fine arts museum and best value in town. Excellent location close to everything and this hotel is more in the central district. The lobby is very nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the bedding was soft and fresh, rooms are clean.

The location was great, the hotel was recently renovated and staff were wonderful and friendly and helpful and available. The suite was very nice, on the morning of our departure we ordered breakfast and was superb, the concierges was excellent.

Nice location, wonderful stay and excellent Rom at Excellent Rate. The lobby is lovely and the two tier elevator really didn't bother us, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed.
