Westin Philadelphia - 费城

Excellent location close to everything and located in a great part of town.

The location is near the 19th Market SEPTA station, the hotel is located in a perfect downtown setting and the rooms are extremely comfortable.

The location is great, a quick subway or bus ride to the Revolutionary Era historic district and the proximity to Rittenhouse Square enabled us to easily enjoy the shopping.

It was only a 5 minute walk to the grand City Hall, a lovely 30 minute walk past lovely sculptures and gardens on Benjamin Franklin Parkway to the Museum of Art, and a quick subway or bus ride to the Revolutionary Era historic district.

Whoever took our orders both mornings was friendly and whoever delivered our foot both mornings was kind and considerate.

The rooms are very nicely decorated, the bathroom is spacious, and the beds are TO DIE FOR.

I had her tend to the bathroom and skip making the bed.

I was warmly greeted and given a room immediately with a king sized bed and two room keys.

The bed was fantastic, the room clean, modern, comfortable.

The beds were wonderful and the bed linens of high quality.

Great bar/restaurant, didn't sample food, but the lounge and environs is inviting, welcoming, semi-private, and perfect to relax with a drink.

We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but did have a few cocktails at the bar and then a light dinner there as well.

My only disappointment is that the restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch.

The location was great, restaurant at the hotel was good for breakfast and no staff members came to direct guests at all.

Restaurant at the hotel (City Grange) was good for breakfast.

The service was great from the bellhops to the front desk, room service attendant, housekeeping and concierge (despite prior reviews we read about poor service).

From the moment we dropped our car with the valet service and rode the elevator up one floor to the front desk, we knew this was a nice place to stay.

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful and room service and housekeeping were amazingly fast.

The staff is wonderful and concierge are friendly.

You enter from the parking pull through into a small room with an elevator, take that one floor up to the lobby (very nice), and then have to walk to the other end of the hotel to get to the room elevators.

I was disappointed that there was no pool, steam room or spa.

I took the entrance elevator up to the lobby and was greeted by friendly front desk personnel.

The room was clean, both mornings our breakfast was delivered hot.

The staff is very helpful and rooms are clean.

The bathroom was clean and modern--not uber-luxurious but upscale.

In addition all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean.

The rooms are clean and spacious and the lobby lounge spectacular.
