Westin Oaks Houston - 休斯敦

A great location is about all this going for this hotel if you love to shop till you drop.

The location is great not just because of the mall and the hotel is fine.

The location was extremely convenient for my meetings in the Galleria area and the hotel was very good as well.

Obviously, Westin thinks it can get away with not keeping up these 2 hotels because of their location.

The location is nice, the hotel staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Room and bed were very comfortable and in great shape.

Location is excellent for shopping and the bathroom has a very good size bath tub of good quality.

In the first room we had the bathtub would fill up with three or four inches of "water" and unidentifiable detrius.

Big plus the front desk staff was very nice and bed were very comfortable.

The first night, I attempted to sleep in the "Heavenly" "pillow-top" bed and I must say it was the opposite of heavenly and the pillow top wore off long before we were there.

We especially loved eating at Dominiques, a grand restaurant.

The staff was very helpful with area Mexican restaurants and clubs.

My wife shopped like crazy and there were plenty of restaurants also.

We lived in a very small town and I had to go to Houston to shop.

The Westin Oaks Galleria is perfect for those who want to shop or leave their wives to shop while tending other business.

Polite and helpful service from all staff, hot water.

The next morning I called "service express" which is the front desk and I asked him if we could possibly obtain another mattress as the one we had was very hard.

Most of the front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the room was fairly large.

Free parking in the Galleria area was a big plus too, the gym was impressive for a hotel gym and the staff was very helpful.

In the heart of Galleria - the best shopping area in Houston, staying in a better hotel and also free internet in the lobby.

The area was nice, i would stay here again I found a good deal and the lobby was clean.

But it does not have wireless internet which was a big drawback.

The room was fairly large, and very clean but needed a fresh coat of paint.

The bathroom looked new, as well, and the entire place was very clean.

The room could have used some updating, but it still felt clean and well maintained.

Hotel staff is friendly and rooms are clean.
