Westin New York At Times Square - 纽约

The location is excellent and perfectly located to take in all the central New York tourist destinations - only 2 mins from Times Square / next to a subway entrance.

The location of the hotel is great, located close to everything.

This hotel is situated right in the central area, just off Times Square and it is a fantastic location for getting around NYC, right near the subway.

The location is excellent, a block away from Times Square taxi horns, with a subway station in the same black.

The hotel is very conveniently located right by the subway station and taxis were abundant at all times.

Room was very nice with Simmons Beautyrest bed that was very comfortable, nice big TV, good bathroom and towels.

The lobby and the building are not very impressive, but the rooms are very nice, modern design and very convenient, they got flat TV, Radio Clock with Ipod Dock, and of course the heavenly bed and the heavenly bath.

The beds were the signature Westin Heavenly Bed and the room had a beautiful flat screen television.

The room was a reasonable size with an incredibly comfortable bed, flat screen TV, lovely bathroom and a great view.

The room was much larger than most hotel rooms and featured a large lcd tv, coffee making facilities, a room safe, bath robe and not many rooms offer a view of the Empire State Building from your bathroom!

There are several cafes within walking distance of the hotel for quick breakfasts and lunches and were reasonably priced - we tried Europan Cafe and Europa Cafe for breakfast and lunch and both were very good with fresh made to order food.

Restaurant: We ate both dinner and breakfast at Shula's.

We did not eat in the hotel restaurant as there are so many other NYC restaurants to check out.

We did not eat in the hotel restaurant so I can not comment on that but the hotel bar did look very nice.

We ate breakfast in the restaurant (Shula's) 3 times out of the 4 days.

All employees- doormen, front desk staff, concierge were friendly and helpful during our stay.

I had excellent room service breakfasts, perfectly prepared, and the front desk staff were the best!

First impressions were very good (once we found our way in to the hotel and lobby with the stroller - the hotel has revolving doors and the disabled entrance and lift (elevator) to the lobby weren't very clearly signposted).

They have a full spa and fitness center which sadly I had no time to check.

The hotel also has a gym, spa and convenience store for your pleasure.

I wish there had been free wireless or some other system.

There is no wireless internet which is surprising in a 4 star supposedly business class hotel.

The room was clean, but showed clear signs of wear and tear.

Room was clean and fresh and all the fittings were in perfect working order.

Service was good and hotel / room very clean and tidy.

The room itself was immaculately clean and tidy.

The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean and modern which have everything you can ask for.
