  The quality of the room, shower, provisions and bedding was excellent, staff were attentive and sincere. The heavenly bed provided exactly that.

  The location is good, the towers look beautiful in the night from the room and just the conveninent to shop till u drop at Pravillion the distance back is just a few minutes. The hotel is elegant, the design interior is tasteful and contemporary, all the staff I encountered are uniformly polite. •the heavenly bed is indeed heavenly and big mall opposite and plenty of restaurants close by.

  Taxis are plentiful and cheap in kl, the rooms have fantastic views over KLCC and are clean and modern. This place is absolutely amazing and staff are always friendly and greet guests good morning. The heavenly beds are well heavenly and very decent restaurants just a stone's throw away.

  Convenient location, nice hotel and s prices went up conisderablly. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were also impressive. Food at prego was excellent and front Desk personnel, a Chinese gentleman was polite.

  Good location, great Value and nice lobby, nice looking restaurant. Westin kl provides excellent service, the concierge at Westin is very helpful and the bathrooms are large and well stocked.

  Great location and decent Hotel. Staff polite and generally efficient, concierge very helpful on tourist advice, the Heavenly Bed and the Breakie. Soft pillow and best Breakfast ever.
