I stayed at the Westin Jeddah Honestly the service was remarcable, excelent location and when i will be back i will defenetly stay at the westin jeddah.

The location is good, hotel is cheap and i booked Classic Double Room.

The hotel has very nice location, large sweeping lobby and good Food.

room and hotel location and gym was good.

Location: Depending on where you are doing business in the city, the location North of the city can be good or a little out of the way.

Room service cleaned the important parts of the room (bed/bathroom) but generally ignored the other areas - cords, ironing boards, etc.

I spend 10 days in the hotel in stander room.

The Location is very good & the sea View is great and they said tomorow we will give you Classic Double Room.

Room service menu lists a number of vegetarian items that are apparently not available until September.

Rooms are big, but old and smell to moisture.

Pancakes are on the room service menu but unavailable in the breakfast restaurant.

Food: Italian restaurant has excellent food.

If you are bringing clients back to the hotel for coffee or food, would recommend the Hilton next door over this.

Nice Staff, room service cleaned the important parts of the room.

Very nice views of the Red Sea and 1- The professional staff.

Never had bad service, just not particularly attentive or prompt.

what I didnt like the most is the service , when you ask for something it take long time , and you dont get always what you want.

Staff is not really interested: It took me about 4 calls and 2 hours waiting time before I got connected to the internet.

Gym: Hours listed as 6AM-6PM, don't know about the closing time, but the gym does not open until 9AM.

Lobby and 2nd floor have some sitting areas and some outdoor space - not necessarily elegant - again just adequate.

    Very nice views of the Red Sea and 1- The professional staff. Additionally the food is very good.

    Hotel needs renovation rooms walls bathrooms are getting old and the internet connection is very poor.

    The location is good, hotel is cheap and i booked Classic Double Room. I explained to the asian guy that light wasnt working.

    Entrance is very bad & staff are not helpful at all and the facility for excutive floor closed for gust.

    I spend 10 days in the hotel in stander room room and hotel location and gym was good .. what I didnt like the most is the service , when you ask for something it take long time , and you dont get always what you want .. TV was also really old one
