The four-star Westin Hilton Head Resort and Spa is ideally placed on the large barrier island of Hilton Head, facing the Atlantic ocean.

  Overall, the stay was wonderful and i would stay there again, the staff were always friendly and helpful, the balcony was nice and had plenty of room for 2 people to sit out and relax a bit. Food and service were great.

  The service was great and the bed was great, bathroom was roomy, and clean.

  The island view was a nice view of tree and some access railings, depressing, the hotel room hallways were a little dark and outdated.

  The beach is clean and, the rooms are lovely, the pool is great, and the location is wonderful as well, the hotel lobby and grounds are great. The staff is very helpful, yes the beds are heavenly and towels are available poolside. The food is quite good, the menu options are different and I think better at the poolside grill.

  Beach is a beautiful hard sand beach and the location on the island is perfect. The area the hotel is in is gorgeous as well, yes, from the main lobby elevators, is a long way and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable, warm and clean as was the bathroom, the dessert buffet at dinner is wonderful, the pools and landscaping are a great plus.

  Wrong, long distance was billed at $5/minute and the room was spacious enough and had a couch and seating area that included a desk. The hotel was clean and the lobby was cheerful. The service was wonderful, the concierge was also very helpful and air conditioning, loud, worked well. All of the elevators were very fast and towels were always available.

  The pool area is nice and the hotel has a convenient walkway directly onto the beach. The staff at the westin is pleasant and for the most part accommodating, the heavenly bed and bath are well heavenly.

  Pool area and pool clean, beach well kept, room clean, great Stay. I received a very good price from booked, staff freindly and the bed was very comfy too. The poolside bar service and the bartender, david, at turtles at night was wonderful, the mattress was very comfortable as were the pillows. The restaurant was really nice.

  The outdoor pool areas, outdoor dining, outdoor bar, and beach are all excellent, this place is for big conventions, the workout room has been expanded and is very nice.

  The room was very clean and the view was gorgeous, staff were friendly throughout our stay. The lobby area was beautiful and turndown service each night was a nice bonus. Heavenly beds were very comfortable, the evening buffets were not bad actually.

  The island view was a nice view of a dirt access road and that said, our stay was great. The service was good and rooms were large. The poolside drinks, pricey, were excellent, the pools were refreshing and clean.

  The pool area was huge, not too crowded and the online photos of this large hotel was impressive. The front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful, room was clean, food at the Carolina cafe was good for the price.

  Great hotel, staff very friendly and courteous, our room was very quiet, clean and well furnished. Dinner buffet at the carolina cafe were very good, the pool was nice.
