If you stay at The Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, you should get a harbor view so you can see Lake Ontario. The rooms have flat-screen TVs and amazing baths. The amenities are excellent and there are Heavenly beds. The staff goes above and beyond for the guests. However, the service can vary and the revolving restaurant isn't too good.

Central location and its a nice hotel they start working on improving the service.
The bed was heavenly, towels were quite clean and the buffet breakfast in the Mizzen Restaurant was wonderful.
The views were fantastic and a round of beers at the hotel bar ran about $15 CA.

The location is great for doing anything in the downtown area and the gym is a fantastic one for a hotel. The new rooms are awesome.

The guest service staff is not well trained, the price of the buffet in the morning is too high.
