It was a really nice stay, absolutely fantastic place. The hotel was reasonably large, and the meals were outstanding, I loved the good and unbeatable location near a very nice shopping mall, eating places and San Diego. The rooms were beautifully decorated and mine was perfect with views of the skyline, a king size bed and premium internet. The in-house restaurant for breakfast and the lobby bar.

The staff - some of them were ordinary.

Its rooms are good sized for a really really nice stay for the holidays. The staff are really friendly and deserve a 4-star rating.

Staff were wonderfully helpful and the hotel was hospitable, it had absolutely perfect location in a downtown. The food in the in-house restaurant was good and excellent.

The rooms were a decent size and brand-new with a luxurious bathroom. The location was peaceful for traveling around San Diego, very close to the theater too, an unusually artistic mall and both airport, downtown, and the entertainment options in the Gaslamp district. It was close to Bandar Restaurant, where you can have dinner.

Impressive and clean hotel, excellent views of the harbor and the USS Midway. Brand-new room, with a large bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent services too. Incredible, favourable location very close to the bar area / restaurant and the Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego and dining, nice staff. A great selection of food at the absolutely superb and large breakfast.

Appreciated San Diego, the hotel was nice and stunningly beautiful in the downtown area of San Diego. The location was fantastic and incredible, adjacent to the harbor, restaurants and bars, and Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. Had brunch in the Don Chido, located nearby.

The rooms are nicely decorated and brand-new with the chocolates and views of rooftops, for example. The staff is affable and the breakfast is great!

Luxury bathroom, beautifully maintained, brand-new room. Very comfy bed and a decent view.

Top-class and extremely helpful staff members with their manager would call right back. The restaurant was good, for breakfast.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient location that allowed us to easily explore the area on foot. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided us with discount or free coupons for various activities, which was a great added bonus.

We felt special during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

I loved the fact that it was so convenient. Everything you need is walking distance! Great shops, restaurants, and bars are all just a quick walk away.

We were told there was a 24hour indoor spa that we can use....however it was closed during our stay.

The room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the multiple windows was breathtaking.

The were renovations going on. Some construction noise was bothersome.

Great location, amazing breakfast, accommodating staff, amenity vouchers, large room, convenient car charging.

Felt well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

New room and we had a good night sllep.
