With an excellent location steps from the Galleria, this spot has spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and big bathtubs that are all chic. However, the staff isn't very helpful, and the fare is mediocre.

        • Coffee maker provided with starbucks coffee and tea - Mini bar is well stocked - Huge bath that includes a large jacuzzi tub

        • Business center is good - I would definitely recommend - Full fitness center

        • Concierge was very helpful - Rooms were clean - Connected to the fabulous galleria mall - Valet parking was wonderful

        • A/c worked great - Room was cleaned daily - Housekeeping needs to do a better job

        • Towels were reasonably plush and of high quality - Bathroom was average - Bed has ample pillows, nice comforter

          The workout area is big and very nice, hotel is great, reasonable price for a four star in Dallas. To all of the staff thank you for your help and especially to munya, you are the best, the rooms are clean and fresh, the Oceanair restaurant is excellent. The workout gym, also on the 4th floor, is huge.

          The mini bar is well stocked and, of course, expensive and its manager is rude.

          The pool area, on the 4th floor, is lovely and hotel is clean. Lobby are nice, staff is very accomodating and helpful, a little heating would go a long way.

          Location is convenient off the tollway and Dallas nightlife is pretty disappointing. The staff are awesome and the rooms are great, the gym is very nice.

          The rate that i paid was $69.00 plus hotwire and the fitness room was of decent quality. The front staff were excellent, dual shower head was great and the Oceannaire restaurant was wonderful a bit pricey.

          Free coffee in the lobby and really nice hotel. The service was very good, the concierge was also fantastic and the rooms were clean, comfortable and very, very quiet. We shared a casear salad as well was great and the outdoor pool, , was a disappointment.
