Getting there.

Hotel recommends that guests fly into Venice Marco Polo airport, located approximately 12km from the hotel. Alternatively, guests can arrive by train at the Venice Santa Lucia railway station, located 2km away. For both, the best way to reach the hotel is to arrange from private transfer service through the hotel concierge. Water taxis are available from Venice Marco Polo airport 24 hours a day guests should make on the spot arrangements directly at the water taxi stands, as advance reservation is regretfully unable.

For travel throughout the city, guests can catch the vaporetto, or waterbus, at the S. Marco-Vallaresso stop - a four-minute walk from the hotel. ACTV, Venice’s public transit authority, sells tourist cards for unlimited travel by land and water.

If you’d like to rent a car or taxi service, our concierge is happy to assist. Water taxis from the hotel are available 24 hours a day. For early morning departure taxi services, requests should be made with the concierge the night before departure. Taxi services may be limited in conditions of thick fog or during special events on the Grand Canal and in St. Mark’s Basin.

  Price – you get you pay for and that was loads of space and great views across the canal, our hotel was the perfect place to spend a night before our cruise, the front desk, key desk, bellmen, and concierge were all excellent. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable.

  Our room was huge and had a terrific view overlooking the Grand Canal, the location for the hotel was great, the staff were always courteous and helpful. The bathroom was large and luckily had a shower curtain.
