The view was fantastic we had a king size heavenly bed was heavenly, meals were very good quality and then the front desk was great as well.
Service was excellent and our room was extremely clean.
Concierge was very pleasant, the pool was very nice.

Great location and breakfast, the underground parking was on the hot side and a little small, sherlock Holmes pub across the street was a nice spot for a drink. Our stay was perfect, etc. Lobby was welcoming and service was very good and quick. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrobes were comfy as well and four different meals, all delicious, made to order and fresh. The concierge was extremely helpful.

Almost a good area, Japanese Village is a great restaurant for a causal and the Hotel Macdonald is right across the steet and is a fantastic hotel. The staff are wonderful, my coffee maker in the room didnt work, and the remote for the tv didnt work well, the food is superb.

My room was clean, large and had a great view, and the shower was amazing, the cost for parking was steep as well, pool was nice and the staff were really. Furniture were recently updated and the food was very good as was the variety. Valet/concierge was excellent.

The lobby could use an upgrade and the driveway was busy, checkout was poor.

The room is pretty clean and the view from the window is very nice too, very good hotel right in the city core. The heavenly bed really is heavenly and the breakfast downstairs is wonderful. The pool is open 24 hours is a great plus.
