    The view was great, the price for the Westin experience at this hotel was well worth and owners obviously paid a lot to renovate the lobby plus a bar.

    Historic monument to the great city of Columbus and good location.

    The location is good if you have business downtown, and I generally am upgraded to a very large corner Starwood Preferred Room.

    The location is very convenient to the highway.

    If I have to pay for taxis then I may as well book closer to the event I am attending.

    Near the airport, galleries in German Village as well and isn't the prettiest block of High Street.

    The room is so small that we had to move the only chair in the room up against the bed to open and close the bathroom door.

    Linens and bed were comfortable and the room had a flat panel TV with HD.

    An amazing place for a wedding reception, the staff were so helpful and the room was gorgeous - the king bed was extremely luxurious.

    The architecture is stunning; the staff is very friendly and they totally pamper us; the bed is outstanding (I had back surgery a few years ago and I can only sleep on good beds); the food is awesome and it is just a wonderful experience.

    I had to change rooms, as the first room smelled terrible and almost every fixture in the bathroom was (quite literally) falling out of the wall.

    Breakfast in the restaurant was beyond the hum-drum and very reasonably priced.

    This room isn't dirty and food in the restaurant was very good.

    I would not recommend the hotel restaurant, The Theatre Cafe, which was poorly staffed, and the food arrived cold even though there were only three other tables full in the warehouse.

    The bar/lounge was not up to Westin's usual standard, either.

    My husband and I also enjoyed drinks in Thurber's Bar (and its art prints by the humorist) before hearing Branford Marsalis with Columbus Jazz Orchestra and a bite to eat afterwards.

    I found the front desk staff to be very friendly.

    All of my stay was wonderful and the front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

    Instructions for parking and elevator location were vague.

    I ate dinner down the street at Elevator, which was very good.

    The lobby is beautiful with a real charm to it dating back a century and nicely preserved.

    When the best western down the street is offering free WI-FI, why are 4+ star hotels still nickle and diming those of us that are more apt to be repeat business.

    Also, there was no high-speed Internet available, which is available in more and more Westin properties.

    The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable.

    This room, while on the same floor was 'much' bigger, flea-free and very clean.

      Near the airport, galleries in German Village as well and isn't the prettiest block of High Street. The hotel is adequate, the rooms are much smaller than more modern building and the rates are very reasonable. The lobby is beautiful and the service is excellent. The bed is not the usual heavenly bed, the food is awesome.

      The location is good you have business downtown, the Columbus Westin is a very nice and the building IS beautiful. Additionally friendly front desk and overall the rooms are quite small well appointed. Needed its mattress flipped - high use on the one side had made lopsided.

      The location is very convenient to the highway, heavenly bed does not make up for hotel's shortcomings and the building is nice as is the lobby. The staff is friendly, 7) The in-room starbucks coffee packages are pleasant.

      Location is convenient to the Capital, the decor is now decidedly Westin - sophisticated and historic building - the bed/bathrooms are very small. The lobby is beautiful and the staff have always been friendly. Starbucks coffee in room is nice.

      The area is easily accessible to the expressway and the hotel is very clean. The lobby is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and all the rooms have been renovated.

      Historic building, received a great Hotwire rate and huge grand lobby. A pleasant stay and excellent service. This room isn't dirty and food in the restaurant was very good.
