            Richly furnished, heavenly bed, best food ever.

            The hotel is in a rather pompous grandeur style and at the time was built, the charge for Wifi in your room Wifi in the lobby is for free.

            Nice alternative to south beach and lots of good restaurants nearby. The common areas are beautiful and the rooms are very spacious and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. On the positive side, the location is great and the building is very impressive, the channels of television are very varied also, waited 15 minutes in an almost empty bar to even be acknowledged.

            The concierge service could have been better, the malfunctioning elevator of course can happen anywhere anytime.

            Very clean, elegant and great location, beautiful New Hotel, really nice building and rooms. Price of $189/night was reasonable, staff were attentive and the Concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. Water pressure was decent, food were excellent and the conference facilities were fine.

            One of the pillows had appeared to be an old blood stain on and the toilet was broken.

            Very convenient area for shopping and dining, great hotel, for the price we were pleased. The staff were very friendly and rooms were fantastic. Hoja nueva restaurant food was exceptional and service top notch, the pool was lovely.

            The elevators were constantly broken, the toilet was backed up and would not flush well.

            Great shopping center that can easily get to via the free trolley and not the worst place I have stayed. Staff is helpful and friendly, the employees are very kind. The rooms are very large and comfortable, the bar advertised drink specials and snacks to watch the Super Bowl.

            Very nice and clean hotel, the lobby area was beautiful. Marisol at the front desk was amazing and and the flat TVs were good. Restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful, pool was great.
