A shopaholics dream come true, with its great location near the Magnificent Mile, this non smoking River North hotel still retains some oriental touches from the era when it was Hotel Nikko, such as a sushi bar, and stunning Japanese gardens in and around the lobby. The rooms have an understated elegance, and especially the top floors which have been renovated have all the amenities you could wish for, such as huge marble baths, Heavenly beds.

Great location and pretty nice place. We also tried the sushi bar in the lobby and was also excellent, the staff were courteous, the concierge was also helpful in directing me to the laksehore for my morning runs. The room was fabulous, food were very good.

We loved the views of the river from our room, was very spacious and quiet, service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were amazing and bathroom was modern, nice shower. The restaurant stood out as being quite good.

The westin river north is in an excellent location to enjoy all Chicago has to offer and this hotel is in a wonderful. The staff is very nice and respectful, the gym manager is great, the rooms are very spacious, very nicely decorated and spotless.
