This resort in the middle of the city has a dedicated staff and gorgeous entryway. The spacious rooms have European décor, the spa is great, and there are several outdoor pools. There's a good business center and meeting and conference rooms for those on business. However, some didn't think it was anything special.

    From the airport:

    • Head north on 14 Avenida toward 18 Calle, go through one roundabout and turn right at Avenida Las Americas. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Avenida Las Americas and at the next roundabout take the second exit onto Avenida La Reforma. Turn right toward 16 Calle and then take the first left onto 1 Avenida. Finally turn left onto 15 Calle and the hotel will be on the right.

      Great hotel in a safe location, etc. Staff speaks relatively good English and the rooms are big, everything seems new and very clean. Laundry service and the main restaurant are all excellent.

      Lot's of decent restaurants nearby, perfect Location and the breakfast are good and in a good quality. The staff is excellent, and Sofia, the manager is GREAT and the bed truely is a heavenly bed. The sheets are luxurious and within five minutes you can have a delicious meal at Tacontento.
