The location is in the safest part of the city.
The location was great, the ambience was regal and the staff was very accomodating.
The location was great, clean rooms made my two night stay wonderul and the staff was very accomodating.
Fortunately, one of the guys who help you flag a taxi outside helped us hire a cab for a private tour.
This hotel is convenient to the airport and a good choice if you are traveling on business or need to treat yourself to a little luxury at some point in your travels.
Although we reserved King bed we were assigned room with Queen bed which we did not even notice until we returned from dinner and had unpacked, which made for a rather unpleasant night.
Beautiful, huge heated pool, 18 person jacuzzi, tennis courts, beautiful work out room, piano bar, casino, several restaurants, shops, GREAT BEDS, large beautiful bathrooms.
The beds (the heavenly bed) is great, soft pillow, high thread count sheets.
The room was a good size and the bed couldn't have been more comfy.
When we checked in they gave us a queen size bed which was not what we had requested but they changed us to another room in a blink of an eye.
The hotel is only about one block from the best bar/restaurant/nightclub district in the City.
Very comfortable beds, nice bar and the food beverage service at the pool was very good.
We recommend staying on a concierge floor because the breakfast in the lounge is so nice and relaxing (and delicious).
There was only one restaurant and since we didn't venture out much, we ate a lot of the same food.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and comes with a wide selection of local and American food.
The location was great, the hotel staff was excellent and the service was prompt.
Although the hotel is really big we received top of the line service, the concierge arranged reservations, shuttles, appointments for the beauty salon fast and with the right attitude.
The lobby was nice, first of all the staff was very friendly and the two girls on the Concierge floor were fantastic.

There are two restaurants and several bars all serving wonderful food and drinks as well as a large pool that opens right off of the main registration lobby.
We enjoyed the pool area and gym were very nice.
The lobby, restaurants, pool area, and rooms were all very nice and very clean.
Service is prompt and the rooms are clean.
Shops in hotel are nice, the service is good- nothing exceptional and the rooms are clean.
