  The view was excellent and on arrival in hotel thought looked fantastic. The staff were completely amazing and the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and my room was quiet. The pool was also nice.

  The common areas are great, the Hotel is nice and Service is very good, the prices are reasonable. The lobby is huge and dimly lit, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are the best things ever, one tip, the bar near the pool, only has local beer and not to our taste.

  Location wise, is as good as anywhere else in Downtown la, this place is just perfect for business travellers and and the service is better than good, 's excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the westin showerheads are incredible.

  The view from our 27th floor room was fantastic and this hotel was a great choice for my week long stay in L. The customer service was excellent and bed was very comfortable. Pool was nice.

  A cheaper price on a bidding site might make more of a value, the restaurant at the top of the hotel is also very good and service and staff is really the best I have ever seen. The bed is worthy of praise as was large and comfy, pillows are soft and just begs to be slept on.
