Front desk staff very friendly and very comfortable rooms.
The bathroom is very large, the bar scene is very comfortable and the food at the restaurant is also very good.
The bar area was nice and relaxing, the hotel was spotless and the bed was extra comfy.

Very convenient to the city, beautiful Hotel and coffee house on West were all great. The service experienced was outstanding, the concierge was accomodating and the rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean.

Upside, great location, very convenient free trolley that runs every 10 minutes to and from downtown till late at night, the common areas of the hotel are well appointed. The staff are very nice and the rooms are comfortable.
