  Very good location, luxurious atmosphere and well worth the extra money. Moreover fantastic afternoon teas served in the lobby and great service. The rooms were excellent and restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient.

  We were parked in car park 2, the bar was very busy.

  The location & the luxury, great atmosphere and very reasonable price. Staff very helpful and excellent concierge. Very comfortable room, a well stocked mini bar and we liked the little chocolate on the pillow in the evening. Lovely light breakfast and the waiter was very friendly.

  The location was excellent, the concierge did well to take care of our car considering the car park was full and i liked the way our every need was catered for from the minute we arrived till we left. The hotel was beautiful and friendly you could just relax was just like being at home. At the prices - luckily paid for, the staff were very helpfull and tea facility in our room were useful. Pillows were extremely comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

  Location is great and located just off the vibrant Grafton street. The decor is nice, there is a complimentary light breakfast available in the lobby and turn down service is an excellent touch. The rooms are lovely, the Terrace Lounge must be one of the most attractive and plus the pillows werent the best in the comfort stakes. That a coffee would be fine, the wine even better and all the maids looked like exotic models.

  The car park is a little tricky to find, a used facecloth under the towels does not match the image.

  Very nice location and the breakfast is the best in town. Furthermore we used to stay in other 5 star hotel in dublin, afternoon tea in the lobby is absolutely fabulous and staff couldnt be more helpful. The water pressure good and the terrace lounge is pleasant.

  The only downside for me was the pillows are soft feather pillows and the drinks are expensive.

  Location were great and the service from the hotel staff was excellent. Reception person was very professional, as our car was parked for us by the concierge we didn't have the usual problem of parking in Dublin to worry about and our room was lovely. Tea were also good and later on they sent up a bottle of wine i taught this was very nice.

  Location is fabulous and of the best 5 star hotel in Dublin. The staff is very friendly and they have a great concierge. The rooms are comfortable, the bar/lounge is also very nice and two fantastic restaurants provide excellent choice. The wine even better and parking facilities are a huge benefit.

  Just the noise from the street and i would highly recommend that one would go down the short distance to Bewley's a full Irish breakfast costs 10 euros. The lobby can be a bit noisy like a rail way station.
