The room was not renovated like some of the pictures and available with microwave. The staff were amazingly nice and consistently courteous and the location was favourable in the restaurant offering fine foods in the comfortably elegant environment.

Definitely, there was elevator missing, we were a little disappointed.

They offered new-fashioned and huge rooms with King size bed and the couch and the spa bath. Coffee/tea making machines and a fridge were available.

It is a gorgeous hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed its cheap rooms and consistently courteous personnel. The room is reasonably priced.

Very dated bathroom.

Great location close to where I was going to an event was a plus. The room was reasonably large and cheap in general, with a gigantic bed. The breakfast was good, the check in was quick.

The location is FAVOURABLE and perfect, close to everythings. There's Piatella Cafe Bar a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts. Its rooms are neat and cheap with shower, good heating, couch.

Regarding price, think it's great value for money for Glen Waverley. Pleasant staff members are with service and friendly manners.

The rooms with a bar, King size bed plus beer. Ideal location with a train station very close to the hotel.

I must comment on its central location - it was unbeatable!

Great location in terms of dining options, all was beautiful. Dined at Dumpling Empire, it was relatively near the venue. We stayed here before, always neat and functional rooms on ground level.

Hotel was well serviced, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room with a 2 seat couch & 2 person table. A refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, and a dining area were a huge plus.
