  The location was perfect, we had a quiet room at the back of the hotel and the reception staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable, sliding toilet seat were fixed very quickly and cost was reasonable & included breakfast. The menu was varied and receptionist was pleasant.

  Convenient for the town centre and very near the railway station. Made us feel welcome, on a nice day the walk along the canal is good and the staff are warm and friendly. High power shower, food is excellent.

  Single room facing next building very noisy from air conditioning / exhaust fans, the receptionist didn't know the car parking payment system worked and 11am checkout is early.

  Location seemed perfect, ample parking in public car park and just a few miles from the motorway. Good value for money and friendly Staff. Rooms well lit, parking free on Sundays and the food was excellent.

  Location was excellent for my business meeting the following morning, the Breakfast staff were just as accommodating - enjoyed our stay and the service in general was friendly. Room facilities were good, restaurant was great.

  Good location for business good public parking excellent restaurant, after spending hours trawling websites for a nice country inn and plentiful Car parking next to the hotel & the adjacent canal tow path made for a pleasing post dinner walk. Professional staff thank you, well managed- bathrooms definately need update and the breakfasts are delicious.

  The building is a little confusing in its layout and the jacuzzi didn't work. Additionally told me because i am irish the young lady didnt understand i meant not to worry we had a generally pleasant time.

  Excellent location, reasonable quality and all staff attentive and helpful. The big bath, as well as in the bar and great to have a lively Italian restaurant.

  Rooms can be affected by outside noise in street and the receptionist just said she would let someone know.

  Good location and great value. The staff were helpful, rooms were tidy & well equipped and breakfast was amazing all included made even more of a experiance all delivered.

  Well placed for the town centre, lovely hotel and very convenient location close to ammenitiesand an excellent venue we attended that eveningrestraunt. Booking in staff very pleasant break fast staff very pleasant and had a large separate shower. Good restaurant for lunch / supper.

  Situation close to M62 was convenient for access to other towns/cities and the hotel provided reasonable ammenities. The staff were excellent, room was a bit warm and food was well priced & served. There was a good choice to cater for all tastes.

  We liked the location as we had a function to attend nearby and of an excellent standard providing for us was the best aspect of the hotel. The staff were fabulous and the bedroom was lovely and spacious. The Breakfast was very good.
