The services provided by the accommodating staff were efficient and overall my stay was excellent, making this a top choice for my next visit to the area.

The room was reasonably large and nice styled with stylish furnishings, with essentials required. The location was beautiful - very close to Canada, the Christmas market and finding a selection of interesting restaurants.

Modernized property, has genuinely friendly and absolutely excellent staff like "something a staff member should do ". Amazing location within walking distance of Victoria Park. Also, to the Toronto Christmas market. A huge variety of outstanding food at breakfast time.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the start. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy place to relax after a long day. the hotel is conveniently located near various attractions and amenities, making it easy for us to explore the city.

One major drawback of our stay was that the room was extremely chilly when we first arrived. We had to contact the front desk to adjust the temperature, which was a bit inconvenient.

I really enjoyed staff and atmosphere in the hotel, they were ideal. New-fashioned room facing city. The check in was early, the staff was accommodating and efficient. You could leave a car onsite. The restaurant was good for dinner.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having an iron, a work desk and a multi-channel TV.

The staff here is very friendly and made check-in easy, and I loved the bar. The units have great coffee and the breakfast options are plentiful.
