This famous hotel has been frequented by every sitting American president since Herbert Hoover. The staff is amazing and treats you like royalty. However, the rooms vary greatly in quality from pitiful to great. It has undergone a $60-million renovation and a Guerlain spa was added.

The hotel was staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was nothing to write home about.

The views from our tower room were amazing and the hotel was staff were wonderful and we loved our stay. The service was also great and very personal, the marble bathroom was spacious. The two kinds of soap provided was lovely, the morning breakfast on the 26th floor was delicious and beautifully presented.

Good location and incredible Timeless Hotel. We just returned home from a wonderful stay at the waldorf and the small lobby is beautiful and private. The large and lovely bedroom is also from the entrance foyer, business facilities are overcharged, for an average of 15 min, I paid £21.

Waldorf towers is in an excellent location, close to Rockefeller Center and Times Square, in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, this is an historic place to stay. The lobby is very historic, and beautiful, wonderful bed and full marble bathroom.
