  Location are great, the best thing about this hotel is the pool and internet is ONLY available near the lobby. Hot tubs only open from 10-10, continental breakfast was okay -- you are a waffle kind of person.

  View was great, the place was just "surface" clean and the rate we were quoted was wonderful. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast and our suite had a nice master bedroom. The kitchenette was adequate for our needs, complimentary hot breakfast was satisfactory and the pools were excellent.

  The location is excellent and the place is well used. Lobby is bright, the entrances to the rooms are long hallways and breakfast could be better.

  The view was awesome, galveston was a great get away and front desk employees were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, the contenental breakfast was nice as long as we got there early and the other pool was warm.

  Obviously the kitchen was not cleaned properly, the towel bars were broken.

  View was great, our stay was as good as in previous years and the staff were very helpful. The balcony was nice and the elevator worked fine. The morning breakfast went fast, the pool was very clean.

  Ceiling fan made a lot of noise even on low and the towel bars were broken.

  The location was great for our family, our stay was good and the front desk was nice and friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was minimal at best. The pool was awesome.

  Great location - Within one block west of 61st on Seawall, clean hotel and internet is ONLY available near the lobby. The rooms are big enough that we were comfortable there, breakfast could be better.

  The view was nice, the hotel itself was elegant and clean, rates were great for a condo that accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. The staff was excellent and the bathroom was small - ok at best. Breakfast was good and the heated pool was a wonderful thing on a brisk February day.

  Nice views of the gulf from every room, this place works quite well and lobby is bright. The balconies are great and a free hot breakfast is high on my criteria.

  A great view of the new pool area and a very nice place overall. Also courteous staff members and clean rooms. A nicely equipped kitchen, better food choices.

  Old stained mattress, no fresh towels.
