Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok - 曼谷

The location is decent, it's close to MBK, Siam Square, and National Stadium BTS station.

The location is great and close to the main train station.

This hotel has a great location to everything Bangkok!

We had a good experience with one of the taxi driver that we book him to take us to airport on our departure date.

The locations is good, for 200BTH is taxi to Southern bus station and hotel staff are really smiling and helpful.

I booked 3 suites which were quite large but with old furniture and bed, old fashioned bathrooms and smelly carpet.

We stayed in a deluxe suite on the executive floor, where the rooms were huge, as was the bathroom and the beds.

They provided two firm double beds and an extra single bed upon our request; the single bed was actually decent and not one of those back-breaking thin-matressed beds I've seen in cheaper Thai hotels.

Although the First room we were alloted had a problem with the aircon, the hotel had the room changed for us in no time and the rooms are good.

The room was slightly worn, but so are the rooms in many BKK hotels at considerably higher price.

The bar serve great cocktails and we thought the breakfast was fantastic, full buffet and omlettes cooked to order either in the restaurant or around the pool.

Breakfast is varied in the big restaurant--buffet style but pretty bland.

The breakfast was ok but the staff were quite rude especially when one of us forgot to bring at the restaurant the breakfast voucher which was given to us the previous day.

We were hoping for Thai food but we couldn't eat at the hotel restaurant without a reservation (unless we wanted to wait for 50 minutes).

Breakfast buffet is very varied, lots of food options.

Don't expect great service either as the staff have to deal with the morning crowd.

The reception staff including the cashier are extremely unprofessional and unclear with there explanations.

It had all the facilities (Spa, gym, pool) and wide selection of dining areas.

There is a nice pool on level 5 with a jacuzzi pool and children pool.

The pool is excellent but they charge for the gymnasium which is kind of a putoff.

But 1 thing we don't like is the wireless internet.

The Twin Towers was clean enough and the room was huge, but definitely not the best hotel we stayed at in Bangkok.

Extremely big rooms, very clean and well maintained.

Good value for money, clean rooms and nice pool.

Hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and not smell smoking at all, a big pool at the 5th floor.

Room is clean and great seats at the Thai evening Show.
