      The location is great for the city, SECC and west end.

      It is in a great location, free parking is fantastic, breakfast is great and the rooms are spacious, airy and clean.

      We took the subway instead and it was quite a long walk from the station.

      In retrospect we should have taken a cab or bus from the main Glasgow train station.

      Public places, like corridors, were covered with dirty towels and bed-linens, put in large open sacs.

      The room was a let down, particularly the bathroom - mildew and dirt in the shower.

      A couple of times we had to make the bed ourselves.

      Room size was fine even with the ensuite bath added in (larger than most that have been squeezed into a room.

      The place has become shabby and the staff appears unable to keep pace with the challenges of keeping this busy bed and breakfast hotel clean and tidy.

      We ate at the restaurant just around the corner (can't remember the name) and it was fantastic.

      The place was a mess by any but the most forgiving of bohemian standards (rotten fruit in bowls, uncollected dirty dishes from breakfast, and soiled carpets that had seen only the most cursory vacuuming for an extended time).

      Breakfast in the morning was a little disapointing.

      Breakfast was standard English breakfast and okay.

      The juice had a very odd taste and the food was just average.

      I was greeted at reception by a lovely young girl called Tina, who phoned someone to get directions for me and not just alone that but she had a fax sent with a list of all the R.

      Staff were genial if not exactly professional "this new computer system has been a right balls up"!

      Location was good (midway between downtown and the nice West end) with free parking.

        Handy for all of the attractions and staff were friendly. Room size was fine even and the breakfast was good.

        A very adequate shower room, very good breakfast too.

        The hotel wasn't very clean and since 's an old house. Also i wasnt happy the fact that i couldnt the kitchen.

        Attractions near by, relatively well located on a beautiful street and the location of the hotel was also very good close to many amenetiesand transports links. The price was excellent and the staff were friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was tasty.

        Location was good and the hotel was a great budget option. The staff were attentive and tidy except for the linds on the windows were in a poor state. The breakfasts were excellent.
