  Perfect location, within a short walk from Centraal Station and the staff let me in my room early to store my luggage. This hotel is clean, the design is a nice mixture of old house's character and 5 minutes from Dam Square. The personnel is friendly, tV are a good way to pass time you are just relaxing inside and very helpfull I had to leave for Schiphol before breakfast time to serve me.

  The Lobby is very poor - actually there isn't any and desk lamp didn't work.

  The location is excellent and only a short walk to the tram system. Moreover the Times hotel is very well situated at the very central Herrengracht and the Anne Frank house are a stonesthrow away. Not too close to the sometimes unpleasant Red Light district, staff is friendly and helpful, bathroom on the small side.

  Quiet location and convenient for the station. In addition excellent value for money and old building. Beautiful canal, also within walking distance of various museums and the staff were very helpful and quick. Bed was very comfortable, fresh towels were provided each day and helpfull/ breakfast- buffet was kind of nice ´s extra.

  Good base for sightseeing and only 5 minute walk from Dam square. The hotel's location is fantastic, the rooms are small - you're in a historic building in the middle of an old and the staff is nice and helpful. The bathrooms are great.

  The location was great and the hotel was in a central quiet residential area. In addition the staff was very friendly, i got upgraded to a lovely room and breakfast was nice.

  The location is amazing and very easy to go to nice places in Amsterdam. The staff is generally helpful, the rooms are clean.

  A good area and really gorgeous liitle hotel on the canal. Friendly reception staff, free wi-fi.

  Very small room - all compensated for by the quaintness of a 15th century building in a lovely location, breakfast was disappointing - the croissant were clearly a few days old.
