The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the cleanliness of the hotel. Although the rooms were comfortable, they could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

It is conveniently located near the main street, Beijing Rd, which offers easy access to taxis and pedicabs. it is within walking distance of the Jokhang Temple, the major shopping center, and the bustling Barkhor Street. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with modern amenities and nice toiletries. The hotel also provides a clinic to help guests dealing with symptoms of altitude sickness.

The hotel's restaurant offerings may not be exceptional, but they are still satisfactory.

During our New Year stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the modern style and cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel's offering of medical facilities was a great advantage, especially for those experiencing altitude sickness. We also appreciated the good location of the hotel in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many attractions. Catching taxi's and pedicabs was also easy, and the hotel offered a range of facilities to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel's breakfast facilities were overcrowded and not of the best quality. We also found the wifi reception to be poor in some areas of the hotel.
