Three Sisters Hotel Tallinn - 塔林

The location is great to get the feel of the old town, the best thing about this hotel is the rooms and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The hotels location was perfect, reception were very efficient and friendly, the bedroom we had was fabulous.

The location was perfect, the hotel was warm and personnel was very kind.

The airport was on fifteen minutes in a taxi, and the ferry terminal to Stockholm or Helsinki only ten minutes walk.

On a sunny day this does not matter, but in the rain, you might be tempted to use the taxi more.

We had a Superior room with a bath a four poster bed, which was great and we had a look at a few of the more expensive rooms all of which would be a real treat for hotel lovers.

Off the bedroom is a walk in wardrobe with a full length mirror (great for dressing), this room then leads into a very trendy bathroom with a claw bath, granite tile walls, slate floors and over head shower and a good vanity unit.

The room has a king size bed, balcony, a large comfort lounge, coffee table, working desk, mini bar and plasma TV and DVD player.

We stayed in room 11, which had a lovely comfortable four-poster bed, writing desk and chair, small plasma TV and DVD player, and lots of wardrobe space.

My room (#14) was extremely beautiful and sported some exposed beams and quality fittings, especially the bathroom, however the size was a disappointment and the bedroom furniture and decor itself was nothing special.

I ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant until noon, however we never made it up that early - and it was never a problem.

Pegasus is a great bar as is a restaurant called House.

We would particularly recommend the breakfast of eggs Benedict which you can enjoy in the restaurant or have brought to your room.

Within walking distance of the beautiful old town square, luxurious surroundings and breakfast offered a large assortment of high quality food.

The biggest disappointment however was the service of the reception staff.

The posted rate is high, the staff on reception are friendly and two plasma TV's are nice.

The staff were polite, friendly and efficient, and I saw no evidence WHATSOEVER of the old-fashioned Soviet service-without-a smile as alleged by another reviewer.

This guy should be the example for the reception staff - he was a real pro.

The lobby has a roaring log fire and comfortable chairs.

On New Year’s Eve we sat down in the lobby of the middle sister and had a few glasses of wine when watching the seriously rich arrive for the Gala Dinner in their suits and party dresses.

Old town has strict regulations about parking.

Furthermore the hotel is beautiful, the staff is warm and friendly, the rooms are clean.

Everything in the hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful and my room was extremely beautiful.
