It's functional place to stay 2 miles away from Maple Garden. The room is reasonably priced. Satisfactory breakfast with Chinese options, ample of Western options, omelet, the staff is very very helpful. Thank you very much for VERY GOOD time here!

High-class rooms combined with good facilities. Decent staff and prime and excellent location close to restaurants and cafés.

The amenities were modern and clean with nice, comfortable beds. The hotel was located near great restaurants and cultural attractions which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating and greeted me with a smile upon arrival.

The noise level from outside was unbearable due to the fireworks and loud music that lasted all throughout the night. The walls were paper-thin and it was almost like having a party in my room with all the noise from next door.

We had a delightful surprise upon check-in at The Tango. Even though we booked a Deluxe King room, they upgraded us to a Junior suite! The extra space and comfort made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, ensuring a good night's sleep. The included breakfast offered a great variety of Asian and Western food options. The added bonus of free shuttles to and from the high-speed rail station was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and excellent service.

Location just next door to many restaurants and convenience stores as well as the Taichung High Speed rail station. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room, particularly good location.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel with plenty of food options, shopping, and transportation nearby. Our room was spacious and modern with a washing machine, and the staff was wonderful and helpful, even calling taxis for us. The breakfast had a good selection of Chinese and Western food, and the lobby offered all-day self-serve coffee.

Spent Christmas in a hotel with all the bells and whistles. Room was super clean and well-stocked, offering numerous western amenities like a lined shower and plush linens. The hotel's gym was top-notch and kept me active throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was inclusive with a wide variety of delicious options.

Though this Christmas stay was great, the hotel could have used more clear signage to help me navigate the area. it would have been nice to have more information on local attractions.

The hotel is not located near any major shopping areas or transportation hubs, but it is surrounded by numerous dining options. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well-designed with classy toiletries provided. The morning breakfast buffet is better than others in the Taiwan region, and there is a free shuttle service available to and from a transportation station. However, there is only one computer located in the lobby for guests to use.

The hotel's cleanliness standards were not kept up, as the rooms were not clean, the windows were dirty, and the carpets were not properly cleaned, causing the rooms to smell unpleasant.
