This hotel has great service from a large staff that is dedicated and efficient. The views of the bay and the backdrop of Table Mountain were praised by guests. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast buffet is incredible, and there's shopping nearby. Most people feel that it's expensive here, but it's worth it.

Pools are important in ct as you cant swim in the sea, the location is excellent since all the shopping and the hotel staff, restaurant and magnificent views are a real plus. I just takes 2 minutes walking to reach the plaza and scenic view is the best in the whole of CaprTown. The hotel is spectacular and the staff is friendly and helpful even in the smallest details. Rooms and service are better, the huge breakfast is stunning.
