The hotel's location is magnificent and convenient, short walk to Longtown, which is n't exactly the most popular tourist destination as well as regular buses north to Hawick and Edinburgh and South to Carlisle, Gretna shopping outlet, and onwards west to Annan and Dumfries. The units are top-class, comfortable quiet with comfy four poster. The employees are excellant and efficient.

Enjoyed every detail about our lovely 1 night stay here. The breakfast was great and excellent with gf fried bread; and the staff was fairly friendly. The setting was excellent, very close to Longtown, near Carlisle, regular buses north to Hawick and Edinburgh and South to Carlisle, Gretna shopping outlet, and onwards west to Annan and Dumfries, and With Free Parking Right Outside The Accommodation. Also, an episcopal church was only 1 km from the accommodation.

Possibly the best and fantastic stay for a three day business trip. Marvellous and peaceful location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Nice staff, luxurious deluxe king room. A good choice of facilities like: an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.
