Fantastic location, close to everything you could need in Melbourne.

The only complaint was the location of our room which was overlooking outside aircon units and next to the cleaners cupboard so it was a little noisy.

Fantastic central location to great shopping and modern decor.

You can pretty much walk to anything in the city in 15 minutes or less (or of course there are the tram cars in Melbourne if you are not into walking).

The area is on a busy, main road and close to public transport.

The lobby area is small and decorated with a modern style.

We used the cups one evening and they were taken away by housekeeping the next day and never repalced.

After requesting housekeeping come to clean it, the cleaner rudely asked us what was wrong with it, and accused us of leaving it dirty!

Free high-speed Internet (an increasingly big deal for us) made all the difference, and a choice of morning papers was a great feature.

Our room was large and very tidy and clean.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, bathroom were very clean.

Moreover staff were excellent, the bathroom was nice and large and clean, breakfast buffet each morning had a good selection of cooked.

The hotel cleaning staff weren't that good they seemed to do the basic minimum to get by with the daily cleaning of the room - however the room was clean when we checked in, and the hotel corridore stank.
