Read hotel reviews

As the room did not look like the web site photos of the renovated rooms, our bathroom was smaller-than-small --- definitely a one person at a time kind of place and service was quite friendly based on our few encounters.
The location couldn't be more convenient for our purposes and the hotel is fine.
The service from the minute i walked in the front lobby was great, the staff were extremely helpful and the Queen size bed was.

Location and friendly staff, i loved everything about the apartments on Bay, within walKing distance of many downtown amenities. Excellent value for the price and my rate was great. The service was very nice and the concierge Steve was superb. The room was filthy and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing food.

The location is perfect, the hotel stuff is very friendly and the mural in the front lobby is stunning. Staff is very helpful, the rooms are very large and comfortable, the elevators are extremely fast. The pool and fitness facility are good.

The kitchen is old and dirty, dishes and plates are very basic, breakfast are too expensive.
