Lovely hotel, our stay was superb.

We were moved to a junior suite and had armchairs, a lounge, and a heating system. The service was exceptional. The hotel had a brilliant location a super close walk to Birthplace Museum. There was a great restaurant, nice stores and a supermarket next door.

The staff was attentive & highly courteous. The room was generous sized, and high standard, with a big television, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a lounge I needed.

Well-appointed and good modern room, a shower and shampoo in the room. Excellent location, at a medium distance from Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

Generally, loved this good modern and luxurious accommodation with smart staff who looked after my parents very well for their Golden Wedding celebration. The hotel had a favourable location in the centre of Stratford.

The area was a bit disappointing.

Great size room with a bath and the heating to be switched on, as example. Fabulous staff in particular the receptionist.

Excellent breakfast except for the fried eggs which were poorly cooked, with delicious food.

The staff was friendly efficient and brilliantly helpful, and we had a substantial breakfast. The location was unbeatable - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

There were armchairs, a lounge area and heating in the room, truly enjoyed that. The hotel was situated in the very central location right near the centre of town. What's more, it was close to shops pubs and restaurants...

Setting was handy and perfectly comfortable, I didn't want to say goodbye.

No complains at all, the venue met expectation, would definitely recommend it.

The location was marvellous, to Warwick castle, and the bed very comfy. What's more, it was so close to restaurants and town centre, the local pubs, and all the tourist spots in Stratford. We had functional and contemporary room with feather pillows. Liked view of the garden. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was efficient. Moreover, parking was nearby.

The breakfast was delicious with tea luke warm, fresh fruit and pancake machine, no complaints whatsoever. Location: the hotel was near to the local shops, town center and Stratford Town & Racecourse. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Great value for money with an excellent location just a short walk from the town center. The room was sleek, clean, and comfortable. We also received free parking on arrival, which was a bonus. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were exceptional and attentive. The coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerator in the room were great additions. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting Shakespeare's Birthplace.

Substantial and sumptuous breakfast with pancake machine, reasonably priced. High-class brand-new rooms with minibar, top-class staff. Excellent location in Stratford-upon-Avon, near to the train station and town area.

Had a very very good stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The queen room was well furnished with twin beds. The location was magnificent and the staff were top-class.
