I really enjoyed my stay at this luxury hotel. The location was fantastic, with the hotel situated just across the river from the town centre. It was really convenient to explore the nearby tourist attractions, such as Jonker Street. Plus, there were three convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab anything I needed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests I had. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I especially appreciated the free toiletries and the in-room safe. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious meals upon request. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.
There was a minor issue during my stay where the water drainage system in my room's bathtub was not fully functioning. As a result, when I released the water after using the tub, it almost flooded the whole washroom.
