  Pleasant location on bay and good luck getting a taxi. The hotel concept was exceptional, lobby assistants were friendly, competent and efficient, the variety of facilities was extraordinary and the staff service was extremely professional. Sheets/towel/bed were all very nice and bar was great.

  The pool area was awesome and for the price I paid for the Holistic Spa Package, this place was great. The staff were very friendly, rooms were fine and robes were wonderful. Drinks at the restaurants and bars were delicious, a very nice dinner for two as we were able to get an appetizer, the facilities were complete, working and clean.

  Pool area very nice and it’s defiantly the best value South Beach has to offer. This place is amazing, additionally, all the senior staff are incredibly sweet helpful and the rooms are spartan, cheap and will not age well. The private outdoor terrace is not really private at all, very healthy Southern French type food and the spa ang gym are good.
