The hotel was quiet and so prices were very high.

    Ideal location for a short break, friendly hotel doorman we have ever met and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Spa is good.

    The views are excellent - you like looking out over docklands and a very relaxing hotel good size rooms stylish bar. The staff are friendly and helpful, free wireless internet should be the standard here now, the spa is very nice.

    The hotel was quiet and so prices were very high. Furthermore the location was good and to be able to go shopping by ferry to Cardiff without using the car was such a treat. Staff were friendly, paid for a room and pillows were perfect.

    The bar was hopelessly slow - we were timing rounds at between 20 and i thought the restaurant was very disappointing. Food was poor at a dinner I attended in the evening, little disappointed spa treatments were fully booked as would have liked to use facilities more.
