The nearby restaurant, korean barbecue kbq, was as close as 600 feet from the hotel. We greatly enjoyed staying at sovereign. You can get to the bus station within 5 minutes' walk. No complaints, we will definitely visit place for next time❤

Maintenance of toilet facilities. Not suitable for tourists. Ceiling had big patches which indicates water leak. It would have been much better if tea/coffee making facility was availalbe in rooms,

staff is very rude, unfriendly and even threatened. Be aware that the hotel will charge up to +25-30% on top what is shown upon booking.

Hotel was away from city life, rejuvnating, clean. value for money. I recommend to people who really wants to relax,budget.

People were reasonable. Thats all. Nothing else is good.
Lot of things !!!!!. Rooms were dirty, they were tiny. Bathrooms were dirty, especially the ceiling. There were lot of fungus. Room was stinky when we entered.

Terrible experience - the bathroom was a mess - the shower tub was broken - very tiny - if you run the shower the entire area gets flooded - Ants in the room .The AC was not working - despite several requests to the staff to get it rectified it wasnt.The rooms need to be revamped in a big way.We stayed just one night and checked out the following morning.

The Booked.net website specified there was a shuttle for the airport and times to various locations and this was wrong.No airport shuttle available. Going to the cetner of the city was not 10 mn but rather a good 20.

the hotel offers no service such as drinks, booklets on Columbo,things to do etc. It is not a tourist friendly hotel as it caters for very little and offers the guest very little information. All front staff must be fully conversant with English as its the universal language. In fact the most friendly and helpful people i met were the locals who were outside the front of the hotel who really helped me with any information i asked

Lots of ants in the bathroom. The staff did not bring me new sheets when I asked fro them...I called 2 times and waited until midnight and they still didnt come.

People are simply great!
Tv Setup box. Every other hour it will fail. We miss the iv th Quarter finals between Srilanka and England. We got the tv for the semi finals just before the game start. Restaurant room serivice needs improvement. Basically they were not able to understand what we want. It may be the language problem and not with individuals. They are great.
