  Great location, wonderful hotel and the staff were friendly and was just about value for money. Rooms were good and had all the things that my grandma needed.

  The location was great 2 minutes fron the centre of Liverpool, the Sir Tomas hotel was excellent and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and heard no noise at all.

  Great location slap bang in centre walk anywhere, our two nights stay couldn't have been better and the staff on the whole are friendly and efficient. The windows have air vents that can not be closed.

  All in all, good value for adequate accommodation in convenient location and a pleasant stay. Excellent staff and bedrooms spacious. Fantastic bar, great Food.

  Not worth the money and the rooms are not double glazed and the decorations were tired.

  Ideal location and the hotel boasts modern facilities. Brilliant service, staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very clean, on the up side, breakfast was great.
