Hotel generally good but our room was not made up until evening on the second night. situation excellent for exploring the coty.

We thought dinner was quite poor and on second evening ate in excellent adjoining pub!

People on reception were extremely welcoming and always helpful. All staff were polite and friendly.

Small thing but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy.

Super hotel , well run . Always my first call when looking for hotels in Chichester. Comfortably the best place in area . Nice bar as well.

My wife remarked on lack of wardrobe in bedroom . I hadnt noticed.

Walking around the City Centre in the sunshine. driving to the seaside.

There was no where to hang towels or put anything down in the bathroom which was very tiresome.

We liked the classical sweeping stairs and slopping bathrooms and of course the excellent location with available parking.

We found the lift a little scary - old things can break down!

We stayed for 3 nights - the room was very large & clean, bathroom was new & spotless. The staff in the whole hotel were excellent but especially so in the restaurant. Food was fairly pricey but very good & well presented.

There was no wardrobe in our room, even thought there was room for one. There were coat hooks & a few coat hangers that weren't really sufficient. It was the only downside to the stay. In the room next door, much smallerr, there WAS a wardrobe, so it didn't really maake sense.

Wonderfully located in the centre of Chichester - ideal for the Theatre, Cathedral, Shops and transport Stylish comfortable individual rooms. Trendy design. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff and atmosphere.

Although there was a free carpark, its usage meant it was a bit of a lottery as to whether spaces were available. We didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for a spot but it did mean we were reluctant to move the car once we parked. The short flights of stairs stairs were not a problem for us but it would be worth mentioning when booking if accesibility is an issue.

The location is very good; the room comfortable and the staff helpful. Food is fair.

Food is only fair. Dining room could be cleaner.

Warm welcome from helpful staff. Good facilities and excellent food and within easy walking reach of amenities such as the Theatreor shopping.would also be a good centre to explore local beauty spots.

Design faults beyond scope of staff but really need addressing in the summer as it would cut running costs of hotel. The towel rail is on permanent very hot and the shower needs to be adjusted so that it can be cooler.

Liked the closenest to shopping and other leisure amenities. Central location.

Bed very uncomfortable, very hard and lumpy. Very poor shower, one morning trickle of water next none ! Car parking not always available, advertised is available, I had to walk to find a voucher to park down the road, staff suggested Festival Theatre car park, at my expense! I think ths needs to be recitifed on the net advert. Food was excellent and came out hot and well presented. Hotel decor very appropriate.
